    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My intent was to make a purchase, but when I walked in and heard the manager or owner YELL at a lady for simply walking through her business to get to the mall without making a purchase ...then I walked out as well. It was extremely RUDE and uncalled for!! Who does that?!? I mean she yelled at a grown woman...and told her not to walk through her business anymore and to use the mall doors. If she is so bothered by people or possible patrons walking through her bakery then put up a sign...don't take out your frustration on people that may or may not potentially purchase from you that day or in the future. Put a horrible taste in my mouth...I will never give people like her my business!!

    Variety on the menu, each as delectable as the last. Salads, sandwiches, pastries, loaves!!!! Quaint seating area and friendly staff! Definitely stop in if you're in the neighborhood

    Awful customer service. They need to know that customers is what keeps your business open. Maybe providing a customer service class or training to your staff might be recommended and extremely necessary.
